CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

Library records are confidential. We cannot tell anyone, including faculty members, who has or did have specific material checked out.

Wittenberg University Libraries prohibit the release of library records or the disclosure of library patron information.

Exceptions can be made for release or disclosure upon the request or with the consent of the subject individual, for official library purposes, when ordered by a court for law enforcement purposes or for use in a civil or criminal trial.
