| Exporting your database from RefWorks
|
RefWorks
is a bibliographic management service that permits users
to create a database of references from search results
in online research databases.
Wittenberg's subscription to RefWorks ended June 30th, 2009.
Personal RefWorks subscriptions cost $100 annually. Please consider EndNote Web
(a subscription resource provided by the library) or Zotero (freely available)
for your bibliographic management service needs.
Getting your references out of RefWorks
- If you will be moving to EndNote Web, you should export your RefWorks database in "RefWorks Tagged Format".
- If you will be moving to Zotero, choose "Bibliographic Software (EndNote, Reference Manager, ProCite)".
-
Zotero - detailed instructions
- If you want to save your RefWorks database in spreadsheet or database management software like Microsoft Excel or Access,
choose "Tab Delimited" format.
