articles in political science, international relations, law, and public administration/policy.

        If the article you want is not at Wittenberg, use Interlibrary Loan instead.
        Note: You generally cannot order journal articles via OhioLINK.

Locating journals can be tricky, difficult, and generally exasperating. 
If you run into trouble, a reference librarian will be glad to assist you.
