International Political Science Abstracts - Current index to articles on political science.
JSTOR - A rolling backfile of fulltext journal articles.
Lexis-Nexis Academic Universe.  A very rich source, Lexis-Nexis indexes approximately 5200 magazines, newspapers, and other sources, most going back as far as 20  yearsAlmost all full text.

New York Times - Historical  - Full text of the New York Times from its inception.

Locating journals can be tricky, difficult, and generally exasperating.  If you run into trouble, a reference librarian will be glad to assist you.
