The CDR

  • The following foods are offered regularly as part of Wittenberg's Dining Services:
    • Organic food: Fruits - cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, Hydroponic lettuce (used mainly in catering), Spinach, Yellow and Red Peppers, All fresh herbs, Stockpot brand soups (used in catering)
    • Locally grown: Our spring mix lettuce is locally grown, Cherry Tomatoes (when in season)
    • Cage-free: Boneless chicken breasts are cage-free
    • Soy Milk: Choices of Vanilla and Chocolate. Located in the Small Fridge, behind the counter, in the middle island. Just ask someone behind the counter for it.
