Apple Cider Vinegar is a well-known folk remedy for almost everything, notably: sore throats, ringworm, diharrea, constipation, upset stomach, bactearial infections, sunburn, dandruff, bad acid trips, management of diabetes, dieting control, jellyfish stings, ear infections, old age, young age, acne, and colds. It stimulates the metabolism, as well as the sinuses. (see: wasabi, for further sinus stimulation.)

To cure a sore throat gargle 1 shot apple cider vinegar with cayenne pepper sprinkled on top.

It's also good in the following form: 8 oz. water, 1 shot vinegar, and a tablespoon of honey.

It is a good all-purpose cleaning product and herbicide.

Many people drink a shot of apple cider vinegar every day for all-around good health.
